Profile: From my background as a chef to my current profession of sports injury and personal training, my passion for the cooking of healthy food was born. Carbohydrates are an essential part of our diet, but most people eat far too many, and in the wrong form. There are still so many options available to you after you've cut the heavy carbs out, they taste great, and you'll probably find that you feel a lot better too!
